Service is a typical German one, a bit slow.. unfortunately no English menu, so I had to Google Translate my way through the menu. Prices wise, I believe they're reasonable, comparing to my country, that's half the price. Ordered a grilles octopus for starter and lamb chops for main. Let me tell you that, this food, is super fresh and tasty. The portions were big and satisfying, and the taste was just great. Ordered a wheat beer from the barrel, it was one of the best that I have drank. All in all, it came up to almost 40 euros. 2 dishes, 1 beer, 1 0.4l mineral water. And... They gave me a shot of Ouzo which was very good too. Note to the restaurant - you should make an English menu, because your waiters doesn't understand much.. I will come back next time when I'm in Munich or Garching.

I love this place and its' lunchtime menu. The prices are reasonable and the food is tasty and includes a decent salad. Waiting times for the food are often just a few minutes! There's almost nothing to complain about, a superb place to have lunch especially when time is short.

Wonderful service and very tasty food. I had the Pulpi for an appetizer which was perfectly done (a difficult task) and grilled whole calamari (excellent). My sons had grape leaves (as good as he's had in Greece) and the grill platter (loved it). Definitely worth your attention when in Garching.

I have been at El greco many times and I can say safely that it is the best restaurant in garching. The food is amazing and the owners too. I have been in Greece many times, but when I'm in Garching I know that I will not miss it

I thought this place would be good from the rating, but I was greatly disappointed with their no taste calamari (and the portion) and the side salad was even worse. Perhaps my standards are just too high...

A cozy and casual restaurant with very friendly staffs and generous portions. The food is quite fast to be served and the taste is good, not exceptional but good. Children are welcomed.

Fantastic staff got us a table without a booking, food was great, really good taste and nice sized portions. Would recommend this restaurant to others every day of the week.
